Products

All sponge cakes are best eaten on the day of delivery. The cakes are made in premises in which nuts are used, every effort is taken to keep the ingredients separate however cakes may contain traces of nuts or nut oil.

Sugar paste cakes (with the soft icing covering the cake) are not designed to be refrigerated and as such, cakes with this icing should be stored in a cool dry place, out of sunlight and on a flat stable surface. Refrigeration may cause colours to run.

We always recommend sending a picture or photograph you have seen of a cake you like as a means of demonstrating your requirement. We will always do our best to recreate the product exactly, however, please note that we will provide an interpretation and not be an exact reproduction of the cake in the picture or photo. Any specific requirements you have must be sent via email to ensure production of said specifics.

All fondant cakes come with a layer of chocolate ganache underneath the fondant, to ensure structure and protect the cakes from collapsing.

If you would like a message written on the cake you must include these details via email and ensure all names etc are spelt correctly.

Decoration

Most of our cake art is made from sugar paste or regal ice and is edible. Some Sugar flower arrangements may require wiring and restricts edibility. We also use crystals and pearls in some of our decorative arrangements which is not edible and MUST be removed from the cake before serving.

We do not supply candles or cake toppers.

We cannot accept responsibility for any harm caused by consuming any non-edible decorations.
